Where PCR fits

Construction is a sector where the cost of a poor hire is loud. A site manager who cannot hold a programme, a QS who misreads a contract, a carpentry team that walks off mid-project. The recruiter who placed them rarely has to live with the fallout, but the contractor does.

That is why PCR was built around accountability. One consultant per account, a real screen against the role rather than the JD, and the same person at week one and month three of the placement. We work with main contractors, sub-contractors, regional developers and civils firms across the UK, and we run the same process whether the role is a head-office construction manager or a permanent skilled trades hire.
